Lowe's benefits creative

Employee focus groups revealed that Lowe's employees understood their benefits best when explained by a fellow coworker. Thus, to create awareness of their Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP), Lowe's launched a campaign featuring store employees in easy-to-digest videos, emails, brochures, digital signage, magazine ads and tabletop booklets.

I oversaw the shooting and editing of the videos and photographs, as well as the overall development of the campaign creative. Showcased here are the booklet and brochure designs.
