Lowe's benefits creative

Employee focus groups revealed that Lowe's employees understood their benefits best when explained by a fellow coworker. Thus, to create awareness of their Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP), Lowe's launched a campaign featuring store employees in easy-to-digest videos, emails, brochures, digital signage, magazine ads and tabletop booklets.

I oversaw the shooting and editing of the videos and photographs, as well as the overall development of the campaign creative. Showcased here are the booklet, brochure designs, and an introductory video frame. To view part 1 of the video series, click here.
